The finely engraved brass silvered dial with chapter ring, engraved with Roman Numerals, finely designed clock hands and the two strike silent and tune selector options to the dial front.

The cabinet with various nice features. Good and neat design with attached hood columns and dome top cabinet. Moulded trunk door and shaped feet. Fne colour walnut cabinet.

A lovely small size twin fusee mahogany bracket clock by this well regarded 19th century clockmaking family. The dial signed John Walker 230 Regent Street and 68 Cornhill London.

The lovely cabinet with brass detailing and lovely design. Cast brass dial bezel, fine ‘pineapple’ top finial to the top. Decorative brass carrying handles to the side of the case. Flame mahogany veneers and ebonised sections used for contrast.

The lovely quality 8 day twin fusee movement with stop work feature and hour bell strike.

Antique Grandfather Clock by Wright Watchmaker to the King C1775

A beautiful arched white dial moon-phase 8 day grandfather clock by this well respected clockmaker.

The arched white painted dial with gilded corners, and brass central calendar hand with the divisions to the centre of the dial. The centre also showing subsidiary seconds feature and the arch with the rare addition of moon-phase. This being rare on a London clock.

The cabinet of lovely proportions and of good colour. The base standing on two plinths the bottom one finely shaped. The long trunk door with banding to the edge and moulding all around. The sides of the trunk are quarters and reeded with brass stringing. The reeded hood columns with Corinthian capitals to the top. Dome top to the hood. Trunk and hood door with locks.

The good quality 5 pillar movement with bell strike.

A lovely ‘8-day’ duration mahogany mercury compensated pendulum regulator clock with round silvered dial from the mid 19th century.

The fine round brass silvered dial signed by a likely retailer F.Wiggins and Sons Minnories London like these special clocks commonly were. The movement numbered by by what looks like a Thwaites and Reed Number from the mid 19th century.

Lovely large quality movement with dead-beat escapement and maintaining power. The pendulum hanging from the backboard with beat adjustment.

The cabinet of good colour and patination. It is veneered in what looks like the rare ‘plumb-pudding’ mahogany wood, to give distint grain effect.

The dial with typical regulator layout. Case of good proportions.

The arched brass dial with chapter ring and spandrels, matted dial centre and a boss to the arch with the maker’s name engraved.

The fine tiny spring driven movement with a balance escapement.

Mahogany tiny cabinet of bell top form copying the example from the 18th century. Glazed front, side and read door and a brass carrying handle to the top.

An 8 day duration 1970’s falling ball timepiece by Thwaites & Reed.

Mounted on a mahogany board with a moulded border and applied cast brass foliate bracket supporting the spherical brass timepiece engraved with the continents, bisected by the silvered Roman and Arabic annular dial, the weight driven movement powered by the descent of the case down the steel line, the backboard with an applied cartouche.

Lovely interesting piece and in good condition. Wind by raising ball to the top and watch is fall during the week and the indicator points to the time.

A platform escapement movement, unscrew the bottom support, take lower sphere half off to adjust timekeeping.
