A sensational victorian singing bird automaton French clock. Together with decorated buildings around the outside. 8 day two train movement striking the hours and half hours on a bell.
The scene is a house within a waterfall setting and central tree. Automaton birds tweeting and moving amongst the boughs of leaves and branches in the tree. A drinking bird in the pretend stream and a pretend waterfall all working. The waterwheel also fully working. Inside the base of the dome is a musical box. A real showstopper and collector’s piece.
