We have a superb selection of antique bracket clocks for sale dating from the late 17th century to the 19th century.

We have for sale English bracket clocks from the early 18th century to 19th century examples. These tend to be London manufacturers but we also have some provincial makers usually in stock.

The cabinets on these clocks are either veneered in walnut, ebonized, lacquer work, mahogany or fruitwood and are usually spring driven movements of either one, two or three train design.

Some also have actual brackets to go with them but most were just placed on tables or mantel-pieces.

Most movements tend to go for a period of 8 days on a wind, and can have either verge escapement or anchor escapements, the verge escapement examples tend to be earlier.

We will always stock good quality painted and brass dial clocks.

All our antique clocks are sympathetically restored in our own workshops and are guaranteed.
