Terms and Conditions

GENERAL The title of the goods does not pass until payment is made in full. We do not accept responsibility for damage caused by misuse or storage of antiques in damp or very dry conditions.

TRANSPORT Full shipping facilities are available worldwide. These are combined with our easy to follow setting up instructions. U.K. customers are provided with our free delivery and setting up service on all Longcase Clocks. This comes with our one year guarantee.

SHIPMENT Payment must be made in full by wire transfer/cheque and these funds must have cleared our bank for shipment to take place.

WARRANTY All goods come with our written guarantee as to its authenticity. All goods will be repaired free of charge for a period of one year if returned to either our shop in central London or our workshop in Cheshire.
