A superb small square silvered brass dial, '8-day' duration Longcase clock by well recorded clockmaker. In fact John Pyke was clock and watch maker to the Prince of Wales. The square dial showing seconds and calendar features, and strike silent above the twelve o'clock position. Fine 5 pillar movement striking the hours on a single bell. The case with reeded quarter columns and fine figured mahogany veneers, 2 plinths and collectable archetectural design to hood. London case features.
