An outstanding '8-day' duration walnut arched brass dial Longcase clock by an eminent clockmaker. The unusual dial showing rise and fall pendulum regulation, strike/silent feature, seconds to the arch and calendar feature. Finely matted centre, chapter ring and spandrels. Movement striking hours on a single bell. Superb walnut cabinet with caddy top and long trunk door.
